Refund Eligibility
At ZestAmour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Final sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for refunds
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be refunded
How to Initiate a Refund
- Log in to your ZestAmour account and visit the "My Orders" section
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and complete the return request form
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Attach the prepaid return label (provided in your return confirmation email)
- Drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping location
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality team will inspect them within 3-5 business days. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Please allow additional time for international shipping processing
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
